'Grand Theft Auto V' Goes First-Person On PS4, Xbox One and PC

Despite the fact that I already outlined why the Grand Theft Auto V reissue is worth buying, Rockstar has decided to up the ante and make it even more desirable. That is, of course, if you plan on buying a copy for the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, or PC, because those players will get the chance to enjoy the fifth GTA in first-person mode. That’s right, the longstanding rumors/dreams/wishes are true—and it looks fucking rad.

The team at IGN got their hands on the official announcement/trailer, which I’ve shared with all the GTA lovers below. As you will see in the video, you can now do everything you’ve always wanted—fly helicopters, cause general mayhem, and shoot at your enemies—from a first-person perspective. The above photo should give you a solid idea of what to expect if you can’t watch the video just yet, but I’d recommend just stepping out of work, the library, wherever you are to watch this. Chances are it’ll make you cop a new console if you haven’t yet—I know I’m officially falling off the fence and into Xbox One or PS4 territory.
